The Self-Coaching Clinic For Leaders and Managers
The Self-Coaching Clinic For Leaders and Managers is designed for those who are interested in accelerating their growth and effectiveness. Of course there is no replacement for the objectivity, structure and awareness-building skill offered by a good outside coach. And over time when we seriously commit ourselves to being coached, we naturally increase our ability and capacities to more effectively coach ourselves. That is a core principle.
However, it’s equally true that this natural trajectory can be significantly accelerated by directly studying and practicing the art and skill of self-coaching. In this way, our self-coaching clinic is both a stand-alone process to immediately increase personal growth and performance, as well as a way to leverage and magnify any future work with an outside coach. Additionally, this clinic is the perfect follow-on process for consolidating and deepening the value of past coaching. It’s also perfect, of course, on the front-end as a kick-off event for a planned new round of outside coaching.
With the above ideas in mind, the Self-Coaching Clinic For Leaders and Managers is designed for those interested in a more systematic way to uncover personal blind spots and unproductive patterns that are putting a drag on their success. And it’s for those who would like to learn new ways to extract more practical knowledge and feedback from both missteps and triumphs. In essence, clinic participants will learn how to self-apply some of the most effective coaching tools used by top executive coaches.

Secrets of A Change Warrior What Executives and Leaders of Independent Organizations Must Know About Change And Transition.
There is a huge difference between changes and transitions, as they occur within organizations struggling to meet constant shifts happening in the external world. Inside organizations, a change is the action or event actually taken (i.e., new service standards, new IT system, a merger, an outsourced function or whole department, etc.) while the transition is the internal process people must go through to embrace and come to grips with the change. The fact is, without working our way skillfully through a transition, the change will simply not stick. The evidence and data for this phenomenon is overwhelming. In this presentation, executives, managers and leaders of independent businesses will learn how world-class organizations and change-management leaders handle both changes and transitions, in order to create vital, robust and sustainable success.
